I like to be in harmony with my body and soul, that's why I'm a big fan of yoga and Pilates. It really helps me to relax and think over different things. You may distract from all your problems and to be in a perfect harmony with the world! Also it is a good rest and load at the same time for your muscles. And, of course, I like relax music and sometimes, classical music! Well, how can yoga exist without music. These are two parts of the one! I like kind and beautiful movies, when you watch them you do believe in happiness and better life and it gives you the power and reason to continue your search. I like reading, especially in the fresh air. It's a "good food" for your body and soul! Well, but my greatest interest is making you happy.
